StuartDrum Kit Lessons Online & in person: 1-1 Drum kit lessons for all ages and abilities, all learners welcome.
Drum Kit Lessons for all ages and abilities.
I'm an experienced live and studio session drummer with vast experience of Live performance, Touring, and Recording sessions. I have had the pleasure of working with some incredible musicians and producers and have played top level venues such as The Royal Albert hall, Shepherds Bush Empire, Festivals such as the inaugural BBC 6 Music Festival (main stage) Bestival, The Great Escape, Glastonbury and toured extensively over the UK with a number of Major label, indie, and Unsigned original artists live, on recordings, and on broadcasts.
I have been working as a Drum Kit teacher for 13 years and my teaching philosophy is to make the lessons a fun place to play, learn, and work hard. I want students to leave the room smiling and itching to practice and better themselves not only in their lessons but in their own time too.
Enjoyment is key, no matter the level of aims of each student, and I always build my lessons around activities that will instil solid technique in a way that is relevant and inspires them to play.
FrancescoElectric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar for Musicians. Music Theory, Sight Reading.
I hold a Diploma certificate in Modern Guitar released by Saint Louis College of Music in Rome, Italy.
My experience in teaching music of every genre helped me to develop an interest, as well perseverance and patience towards each student's progress. I have followed their music taste, their inclination, and their personality with strong professional ethics. The more they succeeded, the more I succeeded as a teacher.
Each lesson will be focused on playing instrument, learning songs and working on a personal style.
Moreover, I strongly believe that a music journey is successful when the student's personal creativity and their technical skills are intertwined.
To do so, I included the use of a professional DAW software such as Steinberg Cubase during my lessons.
JackVoice Teaching (Classical and Musical Theatre) All levels
I am a professional opera singer, currently studying a Master's at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Having performed numerous operas, oratorios and song recitals, I have a in depth and far reaching knowledge of the classical vocal repertoire and a good command of the musical theatre repertoire. Whether you are using it professionally or for fun, I am a strong believer that establishing excellent technique is essential to developing a voice. I work from the premise that no two voices are the same and I tailor lessons to suit my students. We will work on technique, repertoire, interpretation and, where appropriate, language skills.
Together, we can work on building a healthy voice and compiling a book of repertoire to help you prepare for exams or recitals. The aim of a lesson is to achieve vocal freedom, which will allow the student to approach repertoire healthily and confidently without fear of the voice giving out. Whatever age, skill level or intention for using the voice, this will ultimately make singing more enjoyable!
I have experience coaching choirs and working with young people, particularly with Cambiata North West. I have given masterclasses and singing days, most recently at Saffron Walden County High School.
If you would like to organise a lesson, please do not hesitate to contact me via the details on the 'Contact' tab. During the COVID - 19 lock down and social distancing period, I will be teaching remotely via Skype and Zoom.
As well as singing tuition, I am also happy to tutor music theory and academic music programmes up to and including A-Level Music. For young people, the aspects of performance and study go hand in hand and I believe it is important to offer support in all aspects of music!
AshaAcademic tutor: One to one- Any requires, please message.
• Preparing slides and organising lessons in advance helped me chronically explain in limited time
• Simplifying complicated steps and teaching the methods step by step required patience and dedication as some of the students were as young as 6 years old.
• I enjoy teaching as it helps me relax and liberate myself from the temporary stress, allowing me to unwind.
AdeMaths, any topics from primary or secondary school
To help any student wishing further help or clarification on Maths topics. Since we’re all stuck at home in this time I think it would be a perfect time to sharpen our skills. I enjoy teaching and I think this can be very fun. Come along! !

Throughout my whole life I have immersed myself in music and singing. At the age of 7 I started piano and vocal lessons which led to writing my own music at the age of 12. This gave me the goal of wanting to sing my own original music to an audience. I decided to apply for The Brit School for Performing Arts and Technology in London.
After successfully receiving a place I studied a range of styles from jazz, pop, soul and folk as well as composition, music business and music history classes. From here I decided to Specialise in Jazz and am currently In my final fourth year at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance as a Jazz vocals student.
I have played at venues all around London: in known jazz clubs such as Ronnie Scotts, The Spice of Life and Oliver’s jazz bar. I have also sung solo and been a member of cast at many famous theatre's such as at Leicester Square Theatre, Theatre Royal Haymarket, White Rock Theatre Hastings and Theatre Royal Brighton.
in 2018 I travelled to Norway, studying jazz and Norwegian folk music at The Edward Grieg Academy. I now regularly visit for gigs with my band there. The music I listen to is eclectic and I am happy to work with any student who want to study all genre's of music or specialise in one. We can work on writing songs, new repertoire, technique and posture and setting any short and long term goals.
In 2019 I was working in China for a few months singing at a jazz club. I have now returned to London to continue with my teaching and to finish my degree in May 2020.
