You can never be too young for Yoga! Yoga is such a beautiful way to improve your well beeing - physically and mentally. In my classes i want to show children the practice of yoga. But I do this in a playful and fun way, so that they get all the benefits from yoga and also have such a great time! I show them how to be more mindful and present as well. The yoga teacher training that I did is especially designed for kids and teens. I would be happy to see your children soon on the mat with me! :-)
