Looking forward to meeting you and to share with you my passion for this magnificent instrument !!!

    Dorelle
Cello lessons and / or solfège in Brussels and Leuven
My name is Dorelle and I play cello and piano since I was little. For me, art in general plays a particularly important role in life :-) Currently, after a year of Erasmus in Germany I will finish my studies in Leuven at the Lemmensistituut. The important thing for me in learning the cello is to have fun while making sure to find a good position that will not generate tensions later. I give an hour of class in general, but can adapt to the desires of the student without worry, whether in terms of course times or to find cool songs that change the repertoire "classic"! I can also help more advanced students who need support to pass an exam or progress more quickly.

Private Cello Lessons - personalized cello instruction
I accept students of all ages and backgrounds, from a beginner level to a collegiate-preparatory level. I have been developing my teaching method for over nine years. My primary goal is to help my students understand the deep connections in themselves and between others that music can build. With the understanding that musical motivations are highly personalized, I work with each student to precisely define their goals and create a straightforward path towards achievement. My program is clear and concise, but highly adjusted for each individual. Starting with a strong foundation of technical work including scales, exercises, theoretical and note reading work, I ensure the optimal set up for each student to be able to play with confidence and comfort. I teach a variety of repertoire that is primarily classical, but I often supplement this with pieces from many other genres, which are personalized to excite each student. I encourage all of my students to participate in group-learning environments, and keep them and their parents apprised of camps, competitions, and other performance opportunities available in their area.

    David
Cello lessons for motivated melomaniacs! All levels and ambitions welcome from beginners to the more advanced. Nederlands, Français or English
Hello dear aspiring cellists! My name is David Poskin and I recently started living in Ghent. I started playing the cello when I was barely 3 and have since received a range of teachers and techniques that I would like to share with you! For example, I have been a regular student at various concervatories since I was 13, such as the KCB and CRB in Brussels, KCA Antwerp, CvA Amsterdam, ... With teachers like Didier Poskin, Marie Hallynck, Walter Grimmer, Edmont Baert, Justus Grimm, Lâzlo Fenyö, Claudio Bohorquez, Jeroen Reuling, Olsi Leka, Jerôme Pernoo, Dimitri Ferschtmann, Vladimir Perlin, ... in both French, Russian, German and Belgian cello schools. I am also a winner and laureate of many national and international competitions from Belgium to Bulgaria and have a rich experience in chamber music and solo recitals with organizations such as the Flanders Festival, the Musique de Chambre de Wallonie, the Arte Amanti festival, etc. with national and international artists and colleagues. and as a soloist with orchestra. (concertos such as Shostakovitch, Shumann, Haydn, Tchaikovsky's rococo etc). Recently I also do more and more studio work outside the classical genre. I have also been giving private lessons to advanced and less advanced aspiring professional and enthusiastic amateurs for years and I provide coaching for exams and competitions. Do you really want to master your instrument and be able to stand on stage full of confidence, or just that little bit extra for a smashing exam or competition? Then you are in the right place! I do not believe in a fixed structure for all students, as each person is organized differently, so a personal approach is guaranteed according to the needs of each of my students. Since my current place of residence is not easy to teach, I currently only work on the move. Best regards David
