From a young age, I have utilised my body through my love of physical movement and fascination with the human mind. I spent four years deepening my practice before leaving the corporate world in 2016 and devoting my career full time in teaching yoga and meditation to others.

In yoga, I believe beyond the physical postures and breathing that keeps us feeling flexible, healthy and strong, there is an inward journey of self-discovery.
