    Hello!
    My name is Evelyn, I come from Berlin and I like to do sports, especially yoga!
    If you want to stay fit, train your endurance and your strength, you've come to the right place. If you have pain in the back and neck area or if you have frequent headaches, yoga is a great way to counteract this.
    In just a few weeks you will feel an improvement in your flexibility, posture and inner peace.

    Education

    For a long time I had yoga classes with different teachers. In fitness studios, yoga and meditation schools and now practice yoga regularly at home.

    Experience / Qualifications

    I have already done yoga and strength training with young people with the help of the ZOOM program. All you need is a mat and maybe something to drink.
