As a Bachelor's student, engaging with the law as a discipline for the first time, or a specific area of the law can be very challenging and often a seemingly insurmountable hurdle for many. With this in mind, as a Graduated Bachelor Student of the European Law School at Maastricht University and a Graduated Master's student in the European Private Law program at the University of Amsterdam, I offer my knowledge. expertise and support in overcoming these hurdles, explaining the difficult legal concepts, and clarifying the structure and approach used in many European-focused legal courses. My approach is direct and hands-on. I will go over the required readings, explain and clarify difficult concepts, go through case law, and prepare for exams. My mentality is to create a personalized plan for each student and cater to their specific needs. The ultimate goal of the tutoring in my opinion is both reaching a satisfactory end goal ( passing the course and getting a good grade), as well as developing legal and organizational skills. Hello everyone, I help students in the preparation of tutorials, their revisions and the preparation of the CRFPA, both in terms of methodology and substance (in particular in criminal law, criminal procedure, law of obligations, family law and fundamental rights and freedoms) . I worked as a tutor at the University of Poitiers during my L2 then at the University of Toulouse Capitole during my M1 and M2.
