AgathePrivate lessons in Mathematics-Chemistry-Biology
EPFL master student, I would be happy to help you (you or your child) for subjects where you have difficulties! At the university, I have been an assistant in Chemistry for the first years of EPFL for several years as well as for a course linking mathematics and electronics, called Signals and Systems. So I am used to teaching and explaining concepts to students with difficulties. I also give private lessons to students passing the Swiss Maturity or the French Baccalaureate. To try to see together the difficulties as well as the misunderstandings: we resume the course together, we do an exercise together and then I let the student do it independently and we review together if he is blocked or if it is necessary to correct. I would be delighted to be able to help you in all matters, both scientific and literary! :)

ChristianePrivate math lessons in French by shared interactive whiteboard
I give remote math lessons, in French, by shared interactive board for high school and high school students. I am an architect civil engineer and I have been teaching for 8 years. The most important thing for me is to personalize the lessons, to guide the student so that he understands the subject by himself, so that he manages to organize his work, to structure his reasoning, to manage his time, to manage his stress and finally to gain confidence in him. All this is done by adapting the course to its type of learning, putting all our energy to target and overcome blockages, and finally achieve autonomy. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to write me, I will be happy to answer you as soon as possible.

PS I can also give courses in mathematics, introduction to programming (C ++, Python).
GabrielMaster student at EPFL gives courses in Maths (Analysis/Algebra) and Physics
I apply my EPFL working method during the private lessons I organize. I ask the student, before the session, to read and know well the course on which we will work. I start the session by going over the course together, checking that everything is well understood and assimilated through examples and simple questions. When the course is acquired, we start the exercises. I often proceed in two parts. First, we do the homework required in the subject, then we tackle exercises that I have prepared on my side, and that follow the same reflection as the homework. During the first exercises, I accompany the student step by step in the resolution. If the student gets stuck on something, we go over it together in more detail. In this case, I re-explain the concepts that are causing problems. In the last exercises, I give the student more liberty. At the end of the session, I summarize the points covered, and we define together the objectives for the next session.

TiphainePrivate lessons in math / physics / chemistry / general sciences
Support courses in scientific branches, from secondary school to university level. I am very comfortable in all scientific branches, thanks to my studies, but have also always been very fluent in languages (I speak English fluently, and have a good level of Spanish) and French (dissertation, evocation, study of texts, etc.), branches in which I can therefore help just as much! Small summary on my character, and on the character of my classes: I am patient, jovial and always smiling. I know how to bring a little joy and good humor to support classes which are not always the most pleasant part of the day otherwise! Patience level, I do not miss it. I have always been extremely persevering and I am also during my lessons, when a concept is more difficult to understand, I do not hesitate to repeat several times and find other ways to explain, even analogies to make the point. more accessible concept! Please do not hesitate to contact me, even if you are not sure, I am very open to discussion and ready to answer your questions! I always offer the first hour of class because it will allow us to get to know each other, to understand the learning method as well as to set goals. See you soon, I hope !
Louis-AmineMaster student at EPFL, I teach maths, algebra, analysis, physics
The problem with science is often abstraction. Some subjects are difficult because we do not make the connection between them and what is really going on or what it will be used for. My goal is to explain to you the "why" by detailing examples to understand the theory. Whether in mathematics, physics, analysis, algebra, probability; I will explain to you, finding suitable examples, what blocks and make sure that you really understand by pushing the exercises a little further afterwards. We will also review the theory, sometimes difficult, but so important for learning the rigor of mathematics.
GrégoireMaths, physics and chemistry for students at the gym
[Online class in English or French] I know the subjects taught at the gymnasium well since I have already given private lessons to students via Apprentices and others for three years. I think I am a pedagogue since my students showed basic difficulties for the subjects I taught. And, after a few lessons, they caught up (and even exceeded) their classmates.
