Social Sciences - Psychology, Sociology and Criminology.
I have been studying social sciences since I was 14 and now I'm 21. I would love to transfer what I have learnt at GCSE, A-LEVELS and my Degree to students who may not be finding it as unchallenging! My teaching style is very personalised; I want to present the knowledge and then the students develop their own techniques for revision whether that be mind-maps or a song. However, I will also provide my own resources whether that be a quiz or worksheet. I will also test them after every new topic using past exam papers to prepare them for what is to come.

About Me
I have recently graduated from my degree in Criminology and Sociology but have experience in psychology as well and feel equipped to tutor those who may be studying these subjects. I have worked with young people at Brownies but I am now looking to gain more experience ahead of my PGCE course in social sciences. I am a busy bee most of the time, volunteering where I can, most recently at my university with homeless people. I not only want to transfer skills in my subject but encourage students to be more proactive with their learning; you'd be surprised how much social sciences knowledge is helpful in everyday life.Education

IGCSE & IB business management and Sociology/Psychology and
As a previous IGCSE & IB student graduate I understand the stress and difficulty in preparing for both the Mid-terms and End of year exams. The curriculum provided for both subjects will be based on deconstructing the theory into smaller sections which are then each focused on key vocabulary and factual information. Additionally, for each subject a clear essay structure for exams will be outlined and practised based on IGCSE & IB grading criteria. Dependent on how close the student is too their final or mid-term exams lessons will be personalized to improve on their limitations and conjointly a structured summary will be created to optimally succeed in their exams.
Previous grades:

Hello, I teach subjects that deal with the humanistic, cultural, and intellectual aspects of life, philosophy, social sciences, religion, and the arts. These literary subjects aim to develop the mental, creative, and critical abilities of students, and provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand, evaluate, and communicate ideas and meanings. Literary materials contribute to the formation of the national, humanitarian and cultural identity of students, and promote the values of tolerance, pluralism and dialogue.
