Piano lessons with an experienced pianist and teacher for all levels of learners (with a little bit of music theory and history when needed). In my lessons you will learn: Beginners - How to approach piano, very basic principles of the instrument; Notes, so that you're able to read and play music by yourself very soon; Elementary theoretical knowledge, so that the whole system makes sense for you and learning process goes much faster. Intermediate and advanced - Simple and useful tricks to improve your technical abilities; How to read and learn a piece faster; How to see and hear the bigger picture, bigger phrases in music and generally how to make your life easier as a piano player.

I am guitarist and lutenist from Spain with 15 years of experience in music performance and I have taught in different music schools to students from very different ages and levels. For my lessons, neither age nor level is an impediment to teaching musicality and guitar technique. My principal aim is to unveil the intrinsic qualities of the student, in a natural and progressive way, through the enjoyment of the music. We can work on many different musical styles of classical musica and it’s different styles, languages and notation sources. On music popular styles like "flamenco" (rumbas, fandangos, alegrías, sevillanas, etc) and its different ways of strumming, scales, harmony structures and "compás". Or we can deep in the huge and fantastic world of early music through the tablatures and manuscripts from the XVI century. Whether for amateurs, advanced students, kids, young people or adults. Either for auditions, preparation for concerts, music schools, music exams, hobby or just for love of the guitar. You are all welcome to join my lessons. I can teach in English, Spanish and "ein bisschen Deutsch".

My piano lessons are focused on the aim and purpose you have with piano studying. For example, if you are an adult who wants to do it as a hobby, the approach would be relaxed, based on learning the pieces you like the most (with some suggestions by me) and on improving the technique you need for it. If you are a child, the approach will be fun, motivating an interest in music. If you're someone looking forward to an application to some public or professional music school, I will help you build the program in a very professional way. I specialize in classical music, holding a degree and Master's in piano, and I'm looking forward to pursuing my second Master's in pedagogy; although I've also taken classes about improvisation and modern piano music if you're more into that.

Dear violinists, My name is Maria and the violin has been my personal companion in life for 16 years. In addition to performing and studying, I am passionate about teaching. I am currently completing my bachelor's degree and will soon start studying for a master's degree in education at the Zurich University of the Arts.
