Physics A-Level/GCSE Tutoring: Imperial College London Stiudent

am currently an undergraduate at Imperial College London studying Mathematics and Statistics for Finance. This is following achieving A*A*A* at A-Level and scoring highly in the Mathematics Aptitude Test (MAT)
I teach secondary school students up for A Level and GCSE Maths and Physics. I also am able to tutor for the MAT (Mathematics Aptitude Test).

My teaching is student-led, where I help the student to tackle problems and gaps in their knowledge through a variety of questions and analogies. I tend to pore deeper into the origins and proofs or concepts and ideas: as I believe this can make learning more interesting, improving retention of topics and ideas.

I have been tutoring for 3 years now. Previously, I have tutored students in one-on-one in A-Level Maths, where they have gone onto achieve the grades they wanted. Also, I have tutored groups of students from years 7-11 for GCSE Mathematics and Science including Chemistry, Physics, and Biology for nearly a year. Students have gone on to achieve highly in school tests (As and A*s).

I enjoy teaching as seeing my students succeed provides a sense of satisfaction like no other: I aim to help students for many years in the future.

Professor of Mathematics and Physics helps develop the potential of his students
The success of students and students in science and the development of their potential is a goal that is close to my heart. The so-called hard sciences, such as mathematics and physics, although often considered difficult, are accessible to all by giving them the means and persevering. It is important for me to share this knowledge and knowledge with others, especially with high school students. I put the student at the heart of my concerns and the support I provide goes in the direction of teachers. I have 7 years of experience as an engineer. I worked in industrial systems risk studies in major automobile and rail groups. I have skills in life coaching and I am certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I am bilingual French, English. My experience as a teacher is 3 years of maths and physics. I move.

Peter
Mathematics and Science Tutor in Tilburg region Netherland
Thank you for visiting my Profile! I tutor Mathematics and Sciences from Primary to High School level. My teaching style is quite flexible and I tend to teach my students keeping in mind their comfort level. I provide extra exercises (Huiswerk) and corroborate my teaching with different skills that helps you understand the topic deeply. I speak excellent English, B1 (Intermediate) German and very little Dutch. What benefits you get from my Teaching classes: 1) I am not very strict when it comes to extra time. We can extend a bit. +10/15 mins is no problem. I always think that long sessions with small pauses are better so that you get the a good idea of the topic and you get a grip of the topic. 2) In the first class you can see my way of teaching and decide how we can progress ahead. 3) I would like to keep a track record of your performance and discuss with your parents so that you can really benefit from the time we are investing together. 4) I can teach in group as well as alone , what suits you best. In case you are out for a break and don't want to lag behind in comparison to what is going on in school we, can have some back to back classes in short time, if that suits you. "I always believe that no one is good or bad in studies. Its just the extra effort and time one needs to put as compared to other students to be at the same level."The students who need less time to understand things just need a proper guidance. However for those who don't; they could still be at par with their mates with little extra effort, time and motivation. That's where the characteristic of a good Teacher is reflected. Teaching has been a long time passion for me. I have taught my niece and nephew from quite some time and during my colleges days I have held classes with several group of students. After moving to Univeristy I was also delivering sessions for my classmates from different parts of the world and during my stay in Germany I was incharge of specific experiment for Bachelors and Masters students of Material Sciences for a year.

Private Course of Mathematics / Physics / Technical Education.
Teaching engineer and good pedagogue gives private lessons in Mathematics / Physics / Technical Education. With more than 10 years of experience as a private teacher, I have developed effective teaching methods to quickly catch up. NB: there are no bad students, there are only bad methods but the autonomy of the student is always essential, even essential. The mathematics courses allow for a short period of time to work the material in depth. The goal is to master the fundamentals of the program and / or prepare for an exam or a competition. Before the introduction of tutoring in mathematics, a complete assessment of the expectations and needs of your child is carried out to: • Evaluate the profile of your child through assessment of knowledge. • Determine your child's math needs through a 1st course without commitment. The first course is always followed by a report made by the teacher. It details the weak points and strengths of the student as well as the objectives to achieve.

Maths, Physics and Chemistry Tutoring and Exam Preparation
Hi everyone! I recently graduated with a Master's degree in Theoretical Physics from Imperial College London. What I offer where many other tutors lack is a teaching style that prioritises maximal engagement and development of curiosity, combined with a depth of knowledge and a personal passion in mathematical and physical fields which I aim to help transmit to my students! I aim to help you to construct the most solid foundations upon which we can build your knowledge and curiosity. Thus as my student, in addition to fulfilling your potential at examinations and assessments, you will develop a sound understanding of challenging concepts and useful mental tools for life in general. About me: I have substantial experience teaching many concepts relating to the mathematical and physical sciences. This ranges from foundational concepts such as calculus, algebra, probability, statistics, geometry etc. to more advanced topics including the dynamics of many-body linear and rotational systems, evolution of quantum mechanical systems and abstract & applied group theory.

Engineer teaches all sciences and all levels - Brussels region (I live Flagey)
Deep understanding is essential in science, I propose to reinforce the knowledge by starting from the original course of the student. This method is in my opinion the most effective. I am also willing to teach a course of my preparation. I am primarily speaking to high school and high school students. I have experience in public education, mainly in physics. I also enjoy several experiences in the private sector. My students succeed and learn to learn. The culture of self-confidence will always be dominant in my teaching.

Physics, Math, Tests Preparation Tutoring and thesis
I am currently a second year PhD student as a physicist at Polytechnique Montréal. I got my master degree in Physics in 2015 and I completed my undergraduate studies in Physics in 2013. I started to give private classes of Physics and Math to younger students as I got my high school diploma in 2008. While I was completing my graduate studies I had the opportunity to improve my experience as a tutor helping college students and undergrads to prepare tests, exams, writing research proposals and thesis. Teaching is my passion and I will be glad to help the students to clear their doubts and let them overcome the obstacles that quiet often pop up when facing scientific classes. My primary objective is to make the students autonomous by showing them the proper methodology to study and success scientific subjects.

I accompany students from the sixth to the final who have a need to have regular support, or a renewed motivation
I accompany students from the sixth to the final year who have a need for regular support, or increased motivation and learning after dropping out of school. I teach a systematic way of working, fully focused on efficiency. Whatever the purpose of my students, I teach them first of all that to revise an exam, it is absolutely necessary to understand what is expected of them. A mathematics test at the Baccalauréat is not prepared in the same way as a return to preparatory classes. The first thing to do, even before studying the lesson, is to study the exam.

Physics (One-on-one or group tuition) (IB HL and SL, AP, SAT, GCSE, iGCSE, etc.)
-MSc Biochemistry University of Oxford:I graduated in 2018 with a specialization in virology -IB diploma 42/45: HL Maths 7/7; HL Physics 7/7; HL Chemistry 7/7; SL Geography 7/7; SL French 7/7; SL Enligsh: 6/7. I graduated in 2014 from United World College of South East Asia East Campus in Singapore I taught at Oxford Royale Academy teaching Chemistry, Physics, and Academic Writing to students aged 16-18 in groups of 8 to 25 students. In my final years of high school and while studying at Oxford, I tutored students in groups of up to 5. I I specialize in preparing students for IB, A-levels, or IGCSEs exams, but I also have experience tutoring students as young as 8 years old. My approach varies depending on the student’s needs and learning style. I push my students to think independently and to apply abstract concepts to real-world scenarios. I start with topics that the student is fairly comfortable with, progressing slowly to new and more complex areas as their understanding grows. I tend to use past exam paper questions on a particular topic to check understanding as we're going through the topic. Once a student has grasped a topic, I shift my focus to exam technique: what to look for in exam questions, common pitfalls, and how to start tackling the more challenging questions. I believe that a clear and systematic approach is essential when tacking exams in the sciences.
