In this class, I will teach you how to move forward in these moments; how to produce a healthy momentum in yourself to find excitement in your projects and push through them to the finishing point. Fine Art is unlike any subject in that it really comes from the individual. There is no "right way", but if there is no discernible path, where do we go? I can show you how to tap into your inner artist and create and move through projects with a self-direction that will build your confidence, ignite passion and open unlimited ways to express yourself regardless of technical ability. Portrait Sketching is a skill which you need when who don’t have any idea on what to gift people on their birthday’s. Just kidding. In this age of digital media, if you still want to learn physical sketching and painting, you have my heart. The worth of a hand drawn sketch or painting is still more. This class would have basics to advanced techniques of sketching and painting and would require basic pencils, paint and your own brain in the beginning, then we can move to other tools required. Don’t worry if you haven’t painted or sketched before, the worst that could happen is lot of pages being torn but some might turn out to be abstract which we can sell and then split the money, hahaha! that’s it, rest would be fun.

Hi my name is Rich. I offer one 2 one acting sessions in Peckham Rye to help all levels and abilities improve confidence in their performance. I am a British actor and performer with over 20 years of experience working in TV, Film and Theatre. My TV credits include over 200 episodes of playing Dr Caleb Knight on BBC's hit series Casualty 2014-2020. 24 episodes of hit teen soap Hollyoaks playing Father Francis. For film i had lead roles in the box office smash British film STREETDANCE 3D and the Film Festival hit EVE. In 30min or 1 hour sessions we will work through the text(if there is a scene to prep or i can provide interesting material) and discuss ways of applying the best techniques to unlock your performances full potential. Whether it be for a big audition or just a bit of fun i will offer a calm and productive environment for you to find creativity and flourish. I have trained extensively in the Meisner technique as well as a more Method approach at Guildhall Music & Drama School. There really isn't a set technique i teach from, rather a balance of what works for the individual student as we are human and all work in completely different ways. I am here to help you use your instrument and unlock your true instincts to help you shine in your own extraordinary way. I can also read in and film your self tape audition with you using my own tried and tested set up. Filming can either be done within the 30min/hour coaching session or as a separate filming session in its own right. Learn to express yourself through textiles, a diverse and mindful craft. I offer classes that explore abstract expression in embroidery, beadwork, embellishments, and patchwork. We look at the history of folk art and craft as a source of inspiration to create personal textile artworks. In the past, students have made stuffed toys, quilts, wall hanging, clothing and samplers. All materials will be provided, including vintage fabrics, trimmings, embellishments, threads and tools.

Whether your goal is personal or professional, speaking is a predominantly physical activity, relying on a body, a voice, a breath, a rhythm (diction) and an emotion (the imagination and the sensations, reflecting the involvement of the speaker in his speech. How to send a clear message? How to make the difference, to make an impression? How to regain self-confidence and control the management of his emotions? Knowing how to speak in public is now a necessity for the company and in the company. From a personal point of view, this is a vector for better relationships and optimal messages. On the phone, in a meeting, in front of a client or a banker (...), your public speaking must be effective and efficient with clear, simple and powerful messages, creating a match between the message received and the message sent. Simple and pragmatic tools will be presented and then put into practice for: generating listening ● making an impression ● fostering trust ● generating need ● motivating teams by explaining a strategy ● getting messages across within groups.
