The idea of these courses is to resume a fun and lively sporting activity.
Dancing is a great way to start, resume or intensify physical activity. Depending on your tastes and desires, you choose between Cuban salsa lessons or choreographed lessons that visit various styles of dance and are based on original choreographies and cardios.

These lessons can be individual, in pairs, with friends and even be organized at your home.

From Hiphop to house dance through breakdance or dancehall, it's up to you to enjoy a good time of sharing and fun :)
