Hi! I’m Ekaterina. I have been living in Belgium, in Antwerpen for 4 years and a half. I moved from Moscow where I was a teacher for more than 5 years. I specialize in teaching Russian as an extra language right now for adults and children.

Most of my clients are Belgian or Dutch adults who are interested to learn more about the Russian language and or culture.

I also have group lessons. In these lessons you can learn with fellow students and have conversations in Russian. I work via Zoom.

Most students can read the alphabet, have a basic knowledge of verbs and can have a basic conversation in Russian after 3 weeks.

Hoi! Ik ben Ekaterina. Ik woon al 4 jaar in België, in Antwerpen. Ik ben verhuisd van Moskou, waar ik meer dan 5 jaar les heb gegeven. Ik ben gespecialiseerd in het lesgeven van Russisch als extra taal voor volwassenen en kinderen.

De meeste van mijn klanten zijn Belgische of Nederlandse volwassenen die geïnteresseerd zijn om meer te leren over de Russische taal en/of cultuur.

Ik heb ook groepslessen. In deze lessen kunt u leren met medestudenten en gesprekken voeren in het Russisch. Ik werk via Zoom.

De meeste studenten kunnen het alfabet lezen, hebben een basiskennis van werkwoorden en kunnen na 3 weken een basisgesprek in het Russisch voeren.

Hello everyone! I hold a CELTA teaching qualification in Spanish and a doctorate in Italian. I have been teaching Italian and Spanish for more than 5 years. I've been preparing students for the A-Levels and GCSE (language + literature). I can prepare you for specific examinations, language lessons in general or teach you Spanish for business. The lessons are for everyone, whatever their age or level (children to adults). We speak Dutch and I observe where you make mistakes. I paraphrase in the conversation and correct where necessary. Before the lesson we agree on what you will practice on. This way we can also measure whether things are going better after the session. We can practice the other goals in the next session.

When you learn a language, a lot of practice is so important! You will notice that you make enormous progress when you speak Dutch for a long time with someone who listens carefully to you and coaches you on pronunciation, choice of words, sentence structure, ... You choose what your goal is, together we patiently practice until you succeed.

I am a teacher of Dutch to newcomers who speak Dutch at a primary school in Antwerp. Before this I gave Dutch lessons abroad to all ages for 8 years. Learning Dutch is not easy, but by practicing a lot with speaking, you quickly get 'that click'. Be sure to give it a try!
