I have graduated Cornell University on a full merit scholarship in 1998. I am teaching IB Mathematics SL and HL in person or via skype. I am an active IB teacher since many years in the top private schools in Sofia.
My style is easygoing, yet deep, entertaining yet philosophical.
I have worked for 3 years at ES School in Barcelona, for 5 years at the British School of Sofia. Currently I teach at Zlatarski School in Sofia.
Math teaches us to be able to recognise our mistakes and yet persevere in front of difficulties. I have traveled extensively around the world. All this enables me to contribute greatly to a fruitful and profound learning experience.

I graduated from Cornell University in 1998 with a B.A. degree in Mathematics. I studied there on a full merit scholarship.

I obtained a Postgraduate Certificate of Education in Mathematics Teaching from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2019, which qualifies me as a mathematics teacher in Bulgaria.

I have been teaching mathematics for more that 15 years now, tha last 10 of which in the IB program. I have specialized in IB teaching through an IB teacher course in Barcelona with InThinking in 2016.

I lived in Spain for five years (2003-2008) and for one in Argentina (2014). With my broad international learning, working and living experience and profound linguistic and socio-cultural understanding, I believe I can greatly contribute to your community. I take great pleasure in working with young people, inspiring them to think deeply, learn creatively and act consciously. I am very concerned about the integral development of human beings – academically, physically, morally and spiritually. Thus implementing healthy habits, social values, sense or responsibility and dedication in the community is what inspires me at the work place. I am able to resolve problematic issues by applying both sense of humour and psychological depth, as well as logic and humanity. I am responsible, punctual and well organized, yet entertaining and easy-going. I aspire to bridge continuously better the interests of the students and the parents

Experienced for more than 18 years, I give private lessons in Mathematics - Analysis - Matrices - Statistics - Algebra - Geometry - Physics - Chemistry - Biology and Geology to students in the French program of Terminales, Bac 1ère, Seconde and Brevet as well as students from CNED or international (European from grade 8 to 12) competitions and medical university preparatory classes or 1st and 2nd year university either at home or by internet online using the virtual class method with a very professional and specific shared interactive whiteboard.

Je suis ingénieur de profession et j'ai vécu 30 ans au Maroc
Je maitrise le français parfaitement, aussi bien à l'écris qu'à l'oral.
Je suis maintenant à la retraite et je souhaite apporter du soutien scolaire aux élèves qui ont des difficultés dans la maitrise du français à l'école primaire français à Sofia.
