I have tutored three students in the past before for the SAT, improving each of their scores by 50, 100, and 110 respectively in the space of 8-10 hours of tuitions. I achieve a 1580/1600 in my own SAT, and 800/800 for both SAT Math II and Physics subject tests. My teaching techniques will be based on how I studied for the exam myself, but can be tailored to each student's own specific needs and difficulties.

I am now studying mathematics and economics and the London School of Economics, so my maths level is quite high. I got a 7/7 in higher level math last year in my IB exams so I am quite familiar with how to teach that and have familiarised myself with the new curriculum. I can also teach economics.

I have tutored three students for the SAT before and two for IB Maths and Economics. For the SAT, my results were:

Student 1 -- 8 hours of lesson time, score went from 1070 to 1180
Student 2 -- 10 hours of lesson time, score went from 1200 to 1300
Student 3 -- 6 hours of lesson time, score went from 1420 to 1470

For the IB, my lessons were two months long and were mostly preparatory for students about to start the IB. They have since been doing quite well and consistently getting 6s and 7s. They occasionally still ask my questions over WhatsApp which I happily help with.
