Well, I am bilingual, with American and Swiss/French roots, and I currently reside in Ireland. This unique blend of experiences equips me with a strong and relevant teaching approach. I possess an intimate understanding of both cultures, enabling me to tailor my classes to the specific needs of my students. My teaching journey began during my time studying social work in French-speaking Switzerland. I started offering private French and English lessons to supplement my income, and I quickly discovered my passion for it. Even after graduating and embarking on a full-time career, I couldn't bear to give up this rewarding activity. I cherished the opportunity to connect with diverse individuals and assist them in achieving their language goals. In my teaching methodology, interactivity takes center stage. Some simply aspire to acquire a new language to enrich their general knowledge. I also specialize in teaching younger children, a testament to my educational background and experience. Furthermore, I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and have operated a private "Before & Afterschool" facility along with Summer Camps catering to children aged 4 to 12 for many years. Inès came to my place this morning to teach me the Basics+ of Instagram and I must say I really enjoyed her lesson and learned ALOT !! She taught me about how to create professional looking posts and advised on which website to use. She also taught me about setting up an Instagram account for a business and how to get insights as to my audience etc . She taught me about FB page setup for linking to an Instagram account . And we spoke about hastags, tagging and content planning too. Inès knew how to adapt to my needs immediately by asking a few questions and she was able to propose ideas and relevant websites accordingly. Her explanations were very clear , she demonstrated a lot of expertise and she clearly knew what she was talking about. I would recommend Inès to everybody wishing to learn more about Instagram !

We are very happy with the French lessons Awni gives to our 14-year-old daughter. He is very flexible and adapts the lessons perfectly to her needs and level! He places special focus on pronunciation, vocabulary, listening skills, and conversation, while introducing interesting topics that make the lessons engaging and enjoyable. He is also willing to adjust the lessons to the homework and topics covered at school, which has been extremely helpful for her progress and confidence in French. Our daughter genuinely enjoys the lessons because Awni is motivating, clear, patient, and kind. He creates a positive atmosphere that makes learning fun and effective at the same time!! We highly recommend him as a French teacher!

It is always a pleasure to meet Phil for our weekly online French classes. He is a patient and kind teacher and always full of energy for our class. Phil is interested in a wide range of topics, so we always have something to talk about based on an article he selected as 'homework'. What I really appreciate about his way of teaching is that he corrects me during our conversation without breaking the flow of our talk, so I can really feel my confidence in speaking French increasing each class. I woulf highly recommend Phil if you are looking for a French tutor :)
