About Me
In order to better understand my body and its mobility, I signed up for my first yoga classes. There, I discovered other benefits, including what I like to call “making space,” both mentally and physically.
I went through different practices—at first more exploratory—before eventually focusing on Ashtanga and Rocket yoga.
The desire to deepen my practice led me to complete my first teacher training in 2021, centered on Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. Slowly but surely, I began wanting to share with those close to me what draws me to yoga—this straightforward practice centered on understanding another’s body.
I also undertook a Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga training that gave me the confidence I needed to finally begin teaching. I am now working on deepening my knowledge of the anatomical aspects of postures and transitions in yoga.
Alongside this, I continue to practice while pursuing my studies in architecture and urban planning.
