I have a BA in Management Studies, an MSc in Molecular Biology and I was a Marie-Curie grant winner 4-year PhD candidate in Health Sciences at the University of Minho, in Portugal.

I'm passionate about teaching science of health to anyone teenagers and adults of all ages. This could be questions about biochemistry, nutrition science, pharmacology, exercise science, molecular biology, paleoanthropology and so forth.

Fat-loss, training & overall health coaching based on science

I'm a trained scientist who has an MSc in Molecular Biology and was a PhD candidate in Health Sciences. I also currently work for a medical clinic to update doctors on the most recent research.

My fat-loss advice is based on scientific studies I've read (unlike most trainers or nutritionists who just repeat dogma). I also practice what I preach; I Crossfit x4/week, run x1/week and do ice-baths on the weekend. I've reversed personal health problems like asthma and successfully manage a digestive disorder without medications. I'm also between 9-10% body fat year round.

I can train you and make sure your nutrition is dialled in. You can always check that what I'm doing works, because I recommend to keep track of objective markers like blood sugars, waist circumference, insulin and inflammatory markers.
