🎶 Tailor-made support to reveal your sound
Learning the oboe is an exciting adventure. Whether you are taking your first steps or are an experienced musician seeking to improve, I offer structured, supportive teaching fully adapted to your goals.
🛠️ Our sessions will include:
Instrument mastery: Precise work on air column, breath, posture and fingering to obtain a rich and stable sound.
Expression & Musicality: Beyond technique, we will work on interpretation, phrasing and sensitivity so that you can truly "sing" with your instrument.
Working methodology: I give you simple and effective tools so that your personal practice between classes is productive and rewarding.
Duo and sharing: I regularly play with my students during class. It's the best way to develop listening skills, accuracy, and the enjoyment of playing together.
🪵 The Art of the Reed: Master your sound
The reed is the heart of the oboe. I offer modules dedicated to reed making to help you become self-sufficient:
Assembly, scraping and finishing.
Adapting the reed to your own playing style.
Advice on equipment and tools.
🌱 Are you a beginner? I'll guide you smoothly.
The oboe may seem complex at first, but with the right approach, progress is rapid. I'll guide you from day one:
Personalized advice for renting or buying a quality instrument at the best price.
Choosing the basic equipment to get started without stress.
🎓 My teaching philosophy
With 13 years of experience teaching at a conservatory, my teaching method is based on constant interaction. I don't just give instructions: I help you understand your body's sensations so that the technique becomes natural.
My goal is to give you the keys to autonomy, so that the oboe becomes for you a pure space of pleasure and freedom.
