Tennis is a complex sport. A sport where the learning process never ends. The sport can be played up to the later stages of life and it is more fun when you know how to play the game. In these sessions I will be helping you to better understand the four key fundamentals of tennis (technical, tactical, mental, physical) and to bring these fundamentals together to improve your overall game.

Tennis is a fantastic sport – for fitness, fun, and focus. In this class, I’ll guide you step by step through the fundamentals of tennis: basic strokes, footwork, rules, and the first elements of real gameplay. With over 13 years of playing experience and a passion for the sport, I offer patient, structured, and motivating lessons tailored to beginners. Whether you’re completely new to tennis or coming back after a break – I’ll meet you at your level and help you build up your skills with confidence. You’ll not only improve technically, but also gain a better understanding of the game – all while enjoying the process. Because for me, giving up is not an option.
