I offer a course designed to help elementary, middle, and high school students cope with bullying. The goal is to provide them with clear tools to recognize different forms of bullying, understand what is acceptable and unacceptable, learn how to react safely, and know when to ask the right person for help. The course covers the mechanisms of bullying, the role of bystanders, emotional management, and building self-esteem so that each student feels more confident and better protected. The sessions, tailored to the age and maturity of the participants, are based on concrete situations, contextualization, and practical tools to develop protective and communication skills. For younger children, the activities are simple and educational; for middle and high school students, the work includes analyzing real-life situations, managing social media, and building assertive behavior. The ultimate goal is for each student to leave with clear, immediately applicable strategies for dealing with bullying and contributing to a more peaceful school environment.

My basic skills course for adults in Corrèze is designed for people who want to improve their reading, writing, numeracy, and digital literacy skills to become more independent in their daily and professional lives. The sessions teach participants how to read and understand simple documents, fill out forms, write clear messages, solve everyday math problems, use a phone or computer confidently, and better manage administrative tasks. All the content is based on real-life situations relevant to everyday life. The training takes place in one-hour sessions, individually or in small groups, in Vigeois and within a 20 km radius. The approach is supportive, progressive and adapted to each adult's level, with personalized guidance to regain confidence, improve essential skills and move towards personal or professional goals.
