Train yourself everyday to get better in your journey, in health, in your abilities, in social life ... Sports help to increase everything you would need in different way. I'm here to help you to manage your goals, loose weigth, recover from a stroke, keep your physical autonomy (for old people for exemple) or moreover get more confident, being able to be a part of a group. Im an expert in basketball and I'm practicing weight lifting and running so I have few base in those sports. Im also a mental coach so I can add this in trainings to help you. I really want to help you and everyone else who want to get better everyday, that's my MOTTO
