I offer an individual or group Hatha Yoga Sivananda class (maximum 5 people)
I trained at the Sivananda Ashram in Orléans during a one-month immersive training course certified by Yoga Alliance.
The complete session lasts 1h30 and consists of breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas) as well as relaxation interludes (savasanas) throughout the practice. And I accompany you through the movements throughout the course.
I also have an important knowledge of the philosophy of Yoga which I teach alongside my classes according to your own interest. And I can also teach you about practicing mantras (sacred Hindu chants). Looking forward to teaching you!

Graduated in biomedical civil engineer, I give math courses at secondary and university level as well as physics and chemistry. My goal is to advance the student in order to lead him to success according to his level. I can also help him in correcting any questions he may have.
