Hi! I'm Leila, a French-Austrian opera singer, trained in France and Germany. In my singing lessons, I focus on developing a healthy, sustainable technique, while helping students discover untapped potential and find fulfillment in singing. My approach is based on listening, physical awareness and flexibility, allowing the technique to develop organically and understanding what works best for each person individually. Finding both what feels good and what sounds good. The idea is always to move back and forth between the technical and artistic aspects of singing. As we work on pieces, I also focus on the musical aspects of singing such as intonation and phrasing, as well as the artistic dimension: expression, interpretation, language, and stylistic awareness across different repertoires. Lessons take place in a comfortable, supportive atmosphere where curiosity and enjoyment are encouraged. The goal is to help you get to know your own instrument more deeply, develop confidence, and ultimately find the greatest pleasure and freedom in singing. My expertise as an trained French-Austrian opera singer, is in the opera repertoire going from baroque to modern, as well as german Lied, French songs, and classical musicals. I am French, bord in London and my father is Austrian, so I'm comfortable teaching in all 3 languages. I work with beginners as well as more advanced students.
