Meditation with a creative slant. An opportunity to take time out and be refreshed
Meditation is a wonderful tool to help set aside the pressures of our lives and find a place of peace and time to connect with ourselves in These classes will consist of a stilling exercise and an invitation to imagine a scene from a story (these will be taken from stories in the Bible) and then to reflect on your experience - you may, for example, journal or play with words, or use paint or create forms to express your experience. NO artistic skill is required - this is about expression and can be so liberating! After, there will be opportunity, if you wish to share, or not, as much of your experience as you feel happy to share. These classes can be one on one or as a group if you prefer. I am a trained prayer guide and have run art and meditation workshops. I am passionate about meditation in this way and have found it life transforming. I hope you will too.

Learn how to play piano and create your own melodies
Hello there, I am Jools, London based session musician and music tutor. I have classical training on piano, having studied for 11 years. I was lucky enough to work for FunKeys For Kids: that gave the chance to do peripatetic teaching and work with kids. And definitely there is nothing better than trying to show the passion for music. My classes are generally for beginners and whoever wants to step into learning piano. I do as well one to one tuitions where I am focusing more on right and left hand technique, sight reading, harmony. And of course if there is a song you would like to learn I will be happy to show you how. If this is for you do not hesitate to get in touch. I am looking forward to teaching you

Online/face-to-face Flute and Piccolo lessons in West London
I am happy to help you no matter if you are a total beginner, preparing for ABRSM exams or diplomas or if you`re picking up the flute again after a long break. We can follow through with a very focused practice plan or we can just have a bit of fun playing while casually polishing some of these techniques. As well as the classical repertoire, we can also have a look at West End musicals or marching band music. The most important thing is that you play what you love! I am an experienced free-lance performer and teacher with a BMus in Music Performance as well as an MMus in Advanced Musical Studies. I have been teaching Flute, Piccolo, and music theory for the past five years.

Xanthe
Violin player of 14 years offering music lessons for all ages
I have a real passion for music and that's why I would love to help inspire and guide new musicians on their quest to learn the violin. Age is irrelevant when it comes to my lessons but the most important thing is that the student comes with a real incentive to learn. Everyone's musical journey is different and many people decide to learn an instrument for a different reason. Therefore, the regular structure for a lesson would very much differ from person to person. For example, beginners would mostly focus on sight-reading, proper form and technique. However, someone with a slight musical background could begin by learning pieces that they want to play and I would guide them with how to encompass the piece better and make slight adjustments to their technique along the way. When it comes to young children, I've worked in nursery and primary schools with ages from 3-7. The most important thing is that they have fun during the lessons and gain a real respect for music early on. Technique, theory and sight-reading are still incredibly important but what's most important is that the child is having an enjoyable time while learning. I have a strong musical background as I've been playing violin and piano for 14 years, I also have a great understanding of music theory. I've performed in multiple concerts of sizes of up to 5000 attendees. I was also established enough to have achieved a full music scholarship to a performing arts secondary school and college. At GCSE I achieved an A* in music and I would be more than happy to help GCSE music students with their music theory and/or composition piece.

Programming Concepts in Python - Basic to Advanced
You'd be surprised by the fact that the most used languages of the world are no longer Mandarin, Spanish or English but programming languages running inside billions of computing devices. From automating your washing machine cycles to flying an airplane, they are increasingly becoming inseparable from our modern lives. Hence, it is so important that we know the basics of how the programming codes do what they do. Advanced programming is a different matter and can be pursued with specific interest. In this course, I have chosen Python programming language to show you how you can make a computer follow your instructions to perform various tasks. Python is loved by millions of learners for its simplicity. You will learn most of the topics with fun exercises with hardly anything to read. At the end of most chapters, we will work together to build simple apps that make use of the things learnt in that chapter.
