Trusted teacher: I am a physical Natural Sciences student at Cambridge looking to share my love of science with intellectually curious students. I seek to make science fun and accessible for my students. Having achieved outstanding results at GCSE (12 grade 9s) and A-level (4A* 1A), I know what it takes to prepare for public exams and I want to help my students to get a headstart with their preparation. I teach maths, chemsitry and physics to students of all ability levels. My lessons are individually tailored but follow the general strucutre below: GCSE/IGCSE: Lessons are primarily content/revision focused. Homework follows closely the content of the lessons and I provide further reivision resources and notes after each lesson. A-level and University preparation: I assign problem sets for homework due 5pm the night before a lesson. My lessons in physics and chemistry focus on making the content intuitive, so students are understanding rather than memorising. Similarly, maths lessons are taught always from first principles to help students to understand the origins of the techniques we use. The beginning of each lesson is for review of questions from the problem set. These problem sets contain questions from the relevant exam board as well as extension questions to encourage students to think in more depth about the topics we cover. Homework is always marked in advance of the upcoming lesson. Every few weeks I ask my students to sit a test tailored to their examboard so that we can track the progress we are making. This class is intended to deliver academic results, whilst ensuring students enjoy my lessons.

Trusted teacher: I am an experienced mathematics and physics teacher with state-recognized bachelor's, teacher training, and master's degrees. I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in mathematics education. My classes are designed for those who want to overcome their learning difficulties while having fun, with a patient teacher committed to the student's development, which benefits their overall education. I strive to give my students the opportunity to discover how mathematics is present in everyday human life (to help people meet their basic needs) and in nature. Everyone can develop their gifts and talents, and my classes provide the appropriate environment for this. I try to explain the content of the theory and its applications whenever possible, demonstrating the relationship between this content and the human needs that have led to its historical development. I try to help students successfully solve problems related to the theories by guiding them step by step through the solution (to promote their competence, autonomy, and confidence in problem-solving), by asking questions, and, when necessary, by providing further examples and explanations that can lead to a deeper understanding. In my classes, there is no criticism or pressure, there's no room for fear of making mistakes (mistakes are part of our learning process). The atmosphere is joyful and healthy, which encourages students to be themselves and feel free to learn, explore, and ask questions in peace and joy. My role as a teacher is to provide conditions and resources that better enable me to help students develop themselves and their potential to the fullest.

Trusted teacher: Physics and chemistry are not difficult. It's a reasoning and logic to acquire. In case of difficulties React quickly so as not to allow the gaps to accumulate: with a little will remediation is always possible. I am a principal teacher of physics chemistry with a long experience in teaching the French system and the Tunisian system which allowed me to devote myself to the regular follow-up of students in difficulty or wanting to excel. I offer personalized tutoring according to the needs of the student to allow the student to remedy his shortcomings and acquire the right methodology + enrich his knowledge. courses for all levels from high school to high school (different sections) for each session I make sure that the student has assimilated the previous knowledge and revised his homework and then begins a new part of the course: explanation, summaries and exercises of applications. Before each test, we prepare different exams and I make sure that the student has assimilated all the knowledge. In case of previous difficulties I make sure to remedy these shortcomings and catch up. the schedules are flexible and the courses are personalized. Thanks to the courses I teach, you will quickly see that physics and chemistry are not difficult. It is intellectual gymnastics, reasoning and logic to be acquired. React quickly in the event of difficulties so as not to allow the gaps to be added: remediation will be all the easier. My mission is to help the learner j to take off his notes by overcoming his difficulties and in particular by gaining self-confidence.

Before having Jessy as my tutor I used to have a very bad attitude towards physics and I often found myself postponing my school assignments due to my lack of interest towards the subject. After I began having lessons with her and revising the fundamentals, my perception towards physics has changed into a positive one, which consequently made me work harder and improve my grades. Moreover, she helped me change my view on physics in a way that I would not have been able to do by myself and that is thanks to her concise explanations and her patience.

I look forward to my lessons, they did an excellent job at immersing me from day one. I had some basic understanding of composition, vocab etc. and they immediately matched my level of understanding. I don’t feel any time is wasted. Within two minutes of meeting with my tutor, we began learning. I am super impressed by Emna and hope to continue my learning until I am fluent. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Roman gave tutoring sessions to my 15 y.o.son on IGCSE Co-ordinated Science, extended. He is a really great tutor, not only making science interesting to my son, but also improving his grades on school assignments, which now become all A’s. I would definitely recommend Roman to the students who wish to improve their grades on Science and get ready for the IGCSE exams.
