Her patient teaching approach is always encouraging. Certainly coaching women in the USA through Mariama Ba's Une Si Longue Lettre, a classic Senegalese novel, in French was not easy! Alexandra not only worked with us on our french, she anticipated our lack of cultural insights so that we could better understand a complex story. Superb experience with Raef. I asked for his help to prepare a math assessment test with an enormous lack of basis but he accepted the challenge.
