Hello, My name is Fabien. I have been the director of the ISSÉTYS music school, located in Lyon 6 for 17 years. I'm also a guitar teacher. My expertise is immense, fueled by extensive experience as a professional musician in my younger years. An expertise rich in theoretical and practical knowledge, the origins of which lie in my third-year studies in musicology, my DEM (Master of Music Studies), and my gold medal in jazz guitar and contemporary music. I've been teaching since I was 20. I'm 52 now. I have over 16,000 hours of teaching experience under my belt! Passionate and expert, teacher (L3 in educational sciences), I teach children, teenagers and adults. I practice active pedagogies (learning by doing) and the best way to learn music is to share it. In more detail, I teach the styles Blues, Rock, Metal, Jazz, Funk, Classical, Bossa, Picking & Folk, but above all I teach the guitar, its functioning, its tips, its methodologies.
