That make it great for cross training, daily fitness, or fun family workouts. e) - It's good for mental health too. Regular exercise is shown to reduce stress and improve mood, leaving people happier, more focused, and better able to rest. Anyone can learn to roller - I have vast experience training roller skating both children and adults at differnt levels from beginer - Intermediate and Advance level. I do my classes both online and personal depending on accessibility of your location. I do it as full time job along other jobs. As a coach we shall start from scratch that is beginner level which include balance on skates while standing then after make step by step moves finally glide comfortable within 10 session each 1 hour. I am an engineer in biological engineering After my science baccalaureate, I took a preparatory class and joined an engineering school. It was during my studies that I started giving private lessons and after that I decided to make it my job. Today I give lessons to more than ten students per year of all levels (middle school, high school). I intervene for all types of needs and objectives, all as vast and different as they are! From those who have more or less profound difficulties in the subject, to those who aim for improvement, excellence, through those who have more general concerns in school results and/or their schooling. My method: As far as the methodology is concerned, the courses take place as follows: first we review the course (essential to pass the exercises), we work together on the points that have not been understood, then we exercises (of increasing difficulty). The objective is to restore confidence to the students and this requires an UNSTOPPABLE mastery of the course! Generally I have the lesson recited at the beginning of each lesson, which allows me to know what has been retained and what has been forgotten / misunderstood. Once the student understands and remembers his lesson, the progress is considerable and the student regains self-confidence, which allows him to succeed in the exercises. Finally, I attach great importance to the human, that's why I communicate and exchange a lot with the students, the parents at the end, and outside of class hours.
