The overarching learning goal of my classes is for students to:
a) master Chinese/English (speaking, reading, listening, writing) at different levels through various teaching activities which engage, challenge and motivate them at corresponding levels,

I will provide customized learning materials and handouts, and share various learning resources.

For beginners, you will be introduced basic daily expressions, the pinyin system and basic grammars.

I grew up and had educations in China. I moved to Europe for teaching Chinese in 2019 Nov.
I am fun, active, very patient, and responsible. I have never come late to all of my classes for more than 10 years.
For children's classes, I prepare songs, videos, cartoons, teaching, and explaining at the same time, They learn really fast and never feel bored when they are excited with a fun teacher and materials. I believe that interest is the best teacher. So I try my best to prepare before classes and send materials after classes to students.

As a language teacher, I aim to teach you practical and functional Mandarin. As a culture teacher, I aim to give you a nuanced understanding of China. Besides being a teacher, I am also your coach, guiding you through the joyful and challenging moments of your journey of learning Chinese Language and Culture.

I have taught Chinese for 11 years, in Dutch middle schools. I am also teaching private lessons for adults, mostly for business purposes who have daily contact with Chinese companies and customers. Some of them are starting from 0, some of them have lived and worked in China for several years, and also students who majored in China studies, however, would like to improve their Chinese proficiency to native speaker level. I really enjoy teaching students with various backgrounds and experiences.

When princess Amalia, Princess of Orange is the heir apparent to the throne of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, chose to study Chinese during her middle school, Dutch television program RTL Boulevard has interviewed me. Also, together with my students in Dutch middle school, we are on national TV SBS 6 for the program "Holland van Boven'. There are several other interviews on local news in The Netherlands.

The Chinese language is always considered to be a very difficult language. Actually, it is not fully correct. There are very practical and easy aspects of the Chinese language.
