About Me
My name is Michael, passionate about this extraordinary machine that is the human body.

Teacher of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, Fly Yoga and Yin yoga. Certified in meditation as well as Yoga Nidra. Wellness practitioner specializing in Ayurvedic massage. Former sports coach (bpjeps).

Yoga came into my life when I left everything to go on a backpacking trip through Asia. This trip completely changed my view of wellness after doing a certified yoga training in Rishikesh, India.
