About Me

Brazilian Zouk is a flowy, modern partner dance, influenced by lambada. The dance has evolved to become a very technical, expressive, and connecting dance and it can be danced to a great variety of music styles. therefore it is also a very musical dance. You can find all energies in this dance, from very cozy and cuddly to playful and wild.

In my classes I will focus on:
- structure: basic structure + deepening and variations (floorcraft, footwork,...)
- head movement theory/practice: head movements can feel very releasing and organic, when done in the right way
- expressing, feeling, connecting, playing
- musicality
- bring comfort in the dance (and in all embraces)
- anything you wish to explore further

Sports initiator B (Flemish Trainer School), workshops on circus education and experience based learning, mindfulness coaching, specific teacher education, family acro yoga teacher training.

I am a dance choreographer. I give Bollywood dance lessons in Antwerp, Belgium at four different locations in a week.

Bollyfit is a combination of choreography based on Bollywood dance styles, Bhangra, Contemporary, Folk dances, semi-classical, etc.

Everyone from 3 to over 70years old are welcome with us! Bollywood Dance is a unique dance style based on Indian Bollywood films. The program was specially designed so that no dance experience is needed.

My classes offer students various benefits, including increased concentration, coordination, memory, and rhythm; a better understanding of their body; increased self-confidence; and a fun experience.

I teach you the basics of salsa, the techniques of guiding and following, the different basic turns, developing the musical ear and dancing in harmony with the rhythm. As you can see I know many kinds of salsa dancing, each one is unique and a lot of fun to learn!

Most of my students are complete beginners. They often come to learn a new skill, prepare for a special event, become more comfortable with partner dancing, or simply reconnect with their body through movement.
