Teaching International Humanitarian Law at 2 Levels; Intermediate - Advanced
With over one year experience in teaching and a decade long experience with adolescents and young adults, I, herein, present my course in "International Humanitarian Law". In today's globalized world where the effects and repercussions of a conflict are not confined within a single state, it becomes crucial to know what rules are in place that regulate conflict and provide protection to those who are vulnerable. Aiming to mitigate and prevent human suffering in an armed conflict, International Humanitarian Law gives us answers to questions, such as: who can and cannot be targeted and under which conditions; at what times does a protected person lose protection; who is a combatant; what distinguishes a combatant from a civilian; and, what protections are available to those who do not take part in an armed conflict. Amidst the many interstate conflicts, such as, Ukraine-Russia, Iran-Israel and Palestine-Israel conflicts, as well as the intrastate ones, such as in Sudan, having a working knowledge of International Humanitarian Law becomes even more vital as it re-establishes one's trust in law and humanity at such uncertain times as these ones.

History and geopolitics courses in middle and high school
Learn the methodology in dissertation and document analysis from middle school as well as high school. This is what is present in History Geography and in the HGGSP specialty, and I offer courses aimed, in addition to helping the learning of courses in these subjects, to put it into practice in an exercise with a built methodology. It is this methodology that I teach, in order to provide the student with independence. I can also provide homework help in these classes, as well as re-explain and repeat poorly understood course points. As for speaking in public, it is necessary for the oral exams at the end of high school. I have been part of a debate group for 3 years and have acquired a certain mastery there. I am a student in high school, in the final year and I already have experience in helping with homework in my high school. I also chose the HGGSP specialty (geopolitics and political science) in second and I obtained my baccalaureate in this subject.

Private lessons / preparation for Grandes Ecoles competitions: economics, political science, general culture, English, French
Doctor in political science and graduate in economics (Master), I have been teaching humanities in English and French in various grandes écoles (IEP) and business schools (EDHEC, SKEMA) for more than ten years. Always respectful of the pace and needs of my students, I help them achieve their goals (preparation of files or entrance exams to high school, validation of exams ...) serenely. For ten years, my goal has been the same: to help my students to surpass themselves by communicating to them a deep joy of learning. I suggest you help you refine your file, consolidate your knowledge (general culture, economics or political science) and sharpen your skills (reflection / writing / presentation) so that, rather than arid "tests", your exams become opportunities or occasions to demonstrate your progress.

Help with preparing for the baccalaureate (dissertation and learning methodology, history, French, English, political science)
Hello, my name is Audrey! I am a student in international relations and foreign languages (Chinese) at INALCO and I have just returned from a year and a half in Asia working for French embassies. My studies led me to work on many and very diverse subjects but above all to learn and quickly master many concepts and knowledge! To achieve my goals, I had to develop tips and use methods from the time I was preparing for the BACCALAUREAT. So I know how discouraging, frustrating and even impossible it can sometimes seem to achieve. Also, I propose to support you to help you prepare for and succeed in your baccalaureate in the best conditions! (stress management, oral expression for Grand Oral and language orals, methodology for responding to subjects even when the knowledge is not all known or mastered, etc.). I have had the opportunity to help classmates in the past but also many students now in their learning. I live in Paris and can travel if necessary. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. I will be happy to talk with you about your expectations, your objectives and my working method.

Art and Politics: companion studies for A level and undergraduate Art History.
The class will chart the development of European, American and International art history from 1900 to the present day, beginning with Post-Impressionism and its off-springs Cubism and Expressionism, the move into Abstraction post-war, to Conceptualism and Minimalism of the 1960s and 1970s which still have significant relevance in today's Contemporary art world. The focus will be on the wider political issues that impacted art history of the time, thereby using art history as a novel and unique lens through which we can gauge world history events, and its politics, in a potentially new and interesting light.

SES courses, economics, sociology - College and high school level any level
A typical course is organized as follows: 1- Learning phase in which I present the concepts and ideas to be retained for the course. 2- Applying these concepts to be sure that you have correctly assimilated them. 3- Debrief phase with you. As I went through a preparatory class for two years, my level in SES is quite respectable. I have already given dozens of hours of lessons to many students who all come out enriched according to their words.
