About Me
Originally from Turkey and now based in Brussels, I bring a unique perspective to yoga through my background in marketing, international affairs, and corporate consulting. My experiences inspired me to make wellness practices accessible to people from all walks of life.
I’m here to guide you through yoga, meditation, and life’s twists and turns. Whether it’s building strength and balance on the mat, finding calm through mindfulness, or navigating personal challenges with life coaching, I offer a supportive, no-judgment space to help you grow, heal, and thrive. My goal? To make wellness accessible, practical, and empowering for everyone.
Education
I began my journey with a strong academic foundation, earning two master’s degrees—one in International Affairs and Conflict Resolution, the other in Business Management. This path equipped me with analytical skills and a deep understanding of human dynamics. Later, I turned my focus inward, pursuing a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and specialized Ashtanga training, along with countless hours of continued education in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

Beyond formal training, life itself has been my greatest teacher. The highs and lows, years of therapy and moments of deep self-reflection have shaped my perspective and approach. These experiences allow me to offer guidance that blends knowledge, empathy, and real-world understanding.

Objective ?

The objective of these workshops is not artistic production nor the learning of techniques but the discovery of a link through creation with oneself and others. This life bond guarantees better well-being. These workshops offer a creative space for people wishing to connect with the forces of life. It's a job to find yourself, with your sensitivity, your emotions, your strengths and your weaknesses.

Who is this for?

Art Therapy is aimed at anyone looking for a process of self-transformation and evolution.

For all audiences; children, adolescents, adults, the elderly.

The workshops or sessions are aimed at the artist in each of us. The search for pleasure and aesthetic emotion is linked to artistic activity, with the guidance of the art therapist.

Art therapy in institutions: children, adolescents, adults experiencing difficulties or on the margins (hospitals, retirement homes, social reintegration environments, schools in priority education areas or with the razed network, Cliss class, etc.)

Outside institutions: workshops also open to those who want to discover themselves through an artistic expression that can be shared.

Progress of a session.

Listen & ask
Meditation & breathing
Choice of material to work on inspiration or creation
Silence
Viewing & writing the work “in due time”
Leave peacefully
Duration of a session: between 1h15 and 1h45; varies from one individual to another, from one session to another.

CONTENT
Meet your body, your sensations, your emotions in a fun and gentle way.
Enter into a relationship with the outside world (from oneself to the other then others).
Development of spatial awareness.
Listen.
Work on your creativity through expression, stimulation of the imagination.
Depending on the groups and the difficulties we will sometimes only work on expression, setting up a play space. The tools are theater, the mask, bodily expression, writing, but also relaxation, breathing, voice.

Personal development: developing feelings, feelings for adults – adolescents. Small group – à la carte – course.

My lessons are flexible and built on over 6 years of experience — and thousands of classes taught.
I tune into the needs and rhythms of each student and adapt my sessions accordingly. Over time, I have refined a teaching approach that is both structured and intuitive, based on breath, body awareness, and alignment.

My classes are dynamic, precise, and revitalizing. Regular and mindful practice helps strengthen the body, improve mobility, relieve chronic tension (such as lower back or joint pain), and correct posture.
Breathing and relaxation techniques are always integrated to regulate the nervous system and cultivate a sense of grounding and openness.

I periodically assess your progress so that your practice evolves smoothly and effectively.
After a few sessions, you will feel lighter, more centered, and more connected to your body.

I have had the privilege of teaching in a variety of settings:
• at home and online,
• in companies, where I have delivered many weekly classes,
• abroad (notably in Lisbon and on a Mediterranean cruise ship),
• and at yoga festivals, where I have led classes with over 300 participants.

In 2023–2024, I deepened my practice in Mysore, India, under the direct guidance of R. Sharath Jois, a leading figure in Ashtanga Yoga.

Since 2023, I am also certified in Sports Massage Therapy (ITEC Level 3, London), which allows me to better understand body mechanics and offer complementary care off the mat.

And in 2024, I completed a certified training as a fitness coach, which has profoundly enriched and structured my yoga teaching — with greater postural precision, a more nuanced understanding of the body in motion, and increased attention to each person’s physical progress.

Teaching is a vocation for me — I would be delighted to support you on your yoga journey with a consistent, safe, and enriching practice.
