I am a native teacher from Barcelona, with a degree in History and as a Spanish teacher for foreigners. I also have a masters degree in teaching. I have been teaching Spanish and Catalan private lessons for over 15 years, but I’ve also taught in the context of cultural associations and the French and Catalan national education. I am always happy to be part of my students’ learning journey; no matter what level you have, we will learn plenty of things together! :)

I offer dynamic Catalan online classes adapted to each person and their needs. My lessons are oriented to all levels, using the language in real and pedagogic contexts. As a teacher, I am very interested in letting my students learn not only the language but also the Catalan culture, as it is a fundamental aspect to really be able to succeed in the learning process. In order to do so, we will work on all the different competences (oral and writing skills), grammar and vocabulary, of course, but also I like to use some real texts, videos, songs, etc., so we can get the chance to learn from real instructional materials and discuss the news and culture. The most important thing is to try to communicate in Catalan so you will become more and more fluent. We will get there step by step!

I’ve helped a lot of students pass their exams, prepare their interviews and resumes, or just be comfortable in their oral practise. About Me

I have been teaching private lessons for over 10 years. I’ve also taught in the context of cultural associations, the French national education and in Catalan high schools. I love traveling and languages. Besides Barcelona, I've lived in France, Belgium, Morocco and Norway. I've been teaching since I was in university, and I've also been a tour guide!
I have a good command of English & French; Spanish & Catalan are my native languages.

Experience / Qualifications

I've been a private Spanish & Catalan teacher for more than 10 years. Preparing exams, job interviews, oral practise... in Barcelona, Morocco, France, Belgium and I've had online students from all around the globe!
I've also been teaching English, French and History in Catalan high schools since the beginning of 2021.
I was a Spanish teacher in the French national education (Académie de Versailles) in the Parisian area between 2015 and 2016.
I've taught in different associations, as a worker and as a volunteer, in Spain and Morocco.
