In the past, I have taught Catalan orally to primary school students, who were very satisfied with their grades. At the Vall d'Hebron EOI, I also gave private English lessons for a time to third-year students. I used a dynamic and practical conversational method, combined with grammar and reading comprehension exercises using textbook texts and newspaper articles. Through word-of-mouth recommendations, I was able to gather more people who committed to taking private lessons with me, with the goal of guaranteeing a passing grade on their school's midterm and final exams. With my teaching experience, I must add that I enjoy teaching languages individually, as I consider languages a precious cultural heritage that should be promoted and practiced in every possible setting where we have the opportunity to communicate and preserve the dialectical richness that languages offer us.
