Indian cuisine consists of a variety of regional and traditional cuisines native to India. Given the diversity in soil, climate, culture, ethnic groups, and occupations, these cuisines vary substantially and use locally available spices, herbs, vegetables, and fruits.

The classes will be done in 3 or 4 parts depending on your level, there will be grammar, oral, listening and writing as well as a bit of phonetics. The last 5 to 10 min, there will be a small review of the lessons. You can also ask for some topic you would like to study and/or discuss.
