My name is Edmond. I have 8 years experience & I give private lessons in the following:

MMA | Boxing| Dutch Kickboxing | Grappling / no-gi BJJ

I offer 1-1 private training, and group training with maximum 3 students. I offer training for self-defence and to stay in shape.

My classes are beginner friendly.

I love what I do, and I want to do it a long time. CTE prevention and safe, correcte technique is very important

I have had thorough education and training in the techniques of these sports and have personal experience as a fighter. My goal is to help my clients improve their technique and strengthen their physical fitness, strength, speed and agility. I offer individual or group training sessions and can also provide nutritional counseling and mental coaching to help my clients achieve their goals.
