A graduate in political science and history, with a master's degree in political theory from the London School of Economics and 3 years of professional life in the European institutions, I give courses in history, political science and philosophy at home or at home.

I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others.

I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

As a former Geography teacher for a few years at the start of my career and now as a young retired ex-Chief of Police and perfectly bilingual Dutch-French, I offer a daily availability to help out during the day where it is needed. I have the necessary pedagogical skills to help raise the knowledge of others to a higher level and to fill certain gaps.
This can be for tutoring / explaining Geography and other Sciences to pupils / pupils to Dutch language lessons for adults and (extra) lessons in other languages for pupils and pupils in function of improving their language skills.

If there is a need for it, I can of course also provide an explanation of the Belgian state and regional / community structures and their role and functioning, but also provide meaningful interpretation / explanation of relevant / useful criminal aspects of application in our society.

The class is designed for a broad range of students who may be looking for help on a particular project, application or simply want to improve their writing skills.
