For beginner courses:

About Me

My name is Clara, and I'm a seamstress and costume designer! I've been sewing my own clothes and stage costumes (I'm an actress and singer) for about ten years, and I design my own patterns. For the past three years, I've also been creating custom-made pieces to order, and making costumes for theatre companies (design, pattern making, and sewing).

I realized that more and more of my clients wanted to do it themselves, whether it was an alteration or designing an entire garment. I love sharing my knowledge, and since sewing is an essential skill for me, I decided to expand my classes to a wider community than just word of mouth!

I suggest giving sewing lessons for beginners. Learn the basics of pattern making, pattern making, molding and assembly with the sewing machine to be able to make clothes or make alterations.

BACKGROUND:
I am a fashion/lingerie designer based in Paris. I graduated at ESMOD Paris, few years ago in specialization woman's RTW and Lingerie. I was a "Young Designer Talent" of Interfiliere Paris and also a winner of Maison Lesage where I had a chance to learn haute-couture embriodery technic.
I have an art background as a painter (spec. aquarell) what I am also doing actively. After graduation I practiced my skills in Design Ateliers and Studios. I have a wide range of knowledge, so don't hesitate to hit me with your request, which way I could set up a specific class for your level and interest!
