    My main career was as a cabin crew and purser for a major american airlines. So I have travelled the world and taught around the world. My passions are traveling and Pilates.Over 15 y of teaching Pilates around the world, I teach contemporary and clinical Pilates. I am a very curious person and I am constantly learning in order to grow my and enrich my teaching.

    in studios and resorts around the world. I have worked with clients of all ages and all fitness
    levels, as well with special populations, teenagers, dancers and athletes.
    I am a long time practicionner of yoga, fitness and Pilates. My extensive experience allows me to bring together many techniques in my teaching. I have worked with clients of all levels and ages including clients with Scoliosis, pre and postnatal clients as well as Osteoporosis. I teach a mix of clinical and contemporary pilates depending on each person . My vision is teach the body in front of me, we all have different types of bodies, different strengths and different learning style. And my job is to understand you and your body, what you need and how we can work together to make you stronger, healthier and more confident.
    Teaching individualized Pilates classes according to each person abilities and strength. Become stronger, more flexible with Pilates. My background is in Hatha yoga, and these days, I'm deeply immersed in the alignment-focused practice of Iyengar yoga. I offer online/offline yoga classes that are gentle yet powerful, focusing on precision, posture, and healing. I’m Austrian, grew up in Japan, and now live in Malta with my two young children. I speak English, German, and Japanese. Daily meditation (Triratna style) is an essential part of my life and deeply influences my teaching. I believe yoga is a journey inward, not a performance. 🌿 My Journey with Yoga I discovered yoga not once, but twice — each time in a way that transformed my life. 🧭 The First Discovery — Yoga as a Way of Life In my late twenties, while backpacking through North India, I found myself in Rishikesh — not knowing it was one of the world’s most sacred places for yoga. There, I trained with inspiring teachers in Hatha and Iyengar yoga, including Ashish Sharma. I joined a retreat at the Yoga-Gang Centre in Old Rajpur, and for the first time, truly understood yoga as more than physical movement — it was a philosophical, mindful approach to life. 🩺 The Second Discovery — Yoga as Healing Years later, after giving birth, I suffered from intense postnatal back pain. I couldn’t even do basic poses. After seeing a chiropractor, I slowly returned to my mat. With consistent Iyengar practice, within a few months, my pain was gone. This experience showed me the therapeutic power of yoga — how it can heal and restore the body from within.
