Former Olympic Swimmer : I have spent 28 years of my life dedicated to swimming. I started as a competitive swimmer for 21 years and then transitioned into coaching and teaching for an additional 7 years. Through this extensive journey, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience that I am excited to share with others who are passionate about learning.

I am a proud graduate of Arizona State University, and I currently hold the position of Senior Swim England Coach. I am also accredited with Swim Teacher Qualifications. My main focus is guiding swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a child just starting to learn how to swim or an experienced Olympic athlete looking to improve your performance, I am here to help.
