Discovery course of ARGENTIN TANGO on Saturday, September 03, 2022

We are a couple of tango dancers with more than 15 years of experience in teaching in Europe, Buenos Aires in Argentina and Montevideo in Uruguay. Our teaching combines elements of traditions and culture from the Rio de la Plata area together with biomechanics and analysis of movement. Our private classes are for couples and/or individuals, and the lessons will be tailored according to your needs and interests. Our pedagogy is encouraging, fun, and efficient. We also teach very popular group classes in the center of Geneva, let us know if you are interested in them! :)

We love teaching Tango and sharing our passion for it! Our lessons are held at Espace Diamono Cultural Center, in small groups, with personalized support, making Tango accessible to everyone at your own your pace and rhythm. Classes are held Monday to Thursday as of 7 p.m. We also hold workshops and intensive courses on Saturday morning from 10:30 to 12:30 twice a month as well as private lessons. Come join us!

We animate a dancing evening Salsa, Bachata Kuduro just after lessons in the same place. Dear dancers, welcome! Do you love dance and want to improve your technical and artistic skills? I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings. I’m a student from Italy, and i’m twenty years old. Currently i’m studying dance in Austria, Linz, at the A.Bruckner Private University. My score is to teach dance to everyone and to see how your body can move and how many possibility you have with your body and your mind. You can be a beginner or an advance dancer!

My classes are open to curious beginners, seasoned movers, and everyone in between. You'll learn to move with intention, care, and joy — at your own pace, with personal attention and a spirit of exploration. You can choose to focus on ballet, yoga, or a balanced mix of both. The past 8 years, I’ve fully dedicated myself to street dance, both as a performer and teacher. I have taken classes in some of the biggest dance camps in the world, and I have participated in one of the biggest street dance competitions (World of Dance), representing my country Greece.
