I studied Pharmacy for my Bachelor's Degree and studied Master in Geneva, Switzerland. I have a Senior Nutritionist Certificate and 6 years of experience working in the healthcare industry in China.

About Me

I am a Taoist in China, abiding by the Taoist qualities of purity and inaction, enhancing my moral integrity, studying the culture of Chinese Taoism, and possessing a certificate of Chinese Taoist Transmission. I like to study Chinese medicine and nutrition in my spare time, and have a senior nutritionist certificate. I have been practising Tai Chi for 10 years with the 6th generation of Yang's Tai Chi, and have learnt Taoist Kung Fu on my own for 6 years. I have experience of teaching Tai Chi in China, one to one private teaching of Tai Chi and Taoist Kung Fu in Switzerland, and teaching Taoist Kung Fu to a team of people at ITU's GYM. My teaching methodology is based on a natural approach to Taoism, integrating nutrition, Chinese medicine and Taoist Yin-Yang and Five Elements thinking to meet the needs of the body and mind in a happy and harmonious atmosphere, and to promote the use of Tai Chi and Yin-Yang thinking to improve the quality of life and work efficiency.
