Maths is a key part of education for all children, and yet for many it can be a challenge to move from the concrete to the abstract understanding. I am a master of education at King's College London and have twelve years experience working in primary and prep schools. I help children to achieve their goals by identifying their strengths and weaknesses, creating a clear pathway to success and most importantly enjoyment of maths.

I am an experienced primary school teacher. I have taught across primary school for almost 6 years. I have also tutored for SEN and EAL students in London. I am able to tutor in all subjects for Primary including tutoring for the 11+ or Lycee international examinations. I will tailor lessons to fit individual pupils and try to incorporate interests of the child to aid their progress.

Students will need CGP guides, CGP workbooks, and a notepad, for the lesson. They must also be able to have access to a laptop/computer, in order to do the lessons.

I offer help with homework, identify areas in need of improvement, and support children in their journeys. My approach is learner- centered and my priority is to get the children involved and interested, and find ways of presenting the topic they find difficult in an interactive way, and link it to their personal experience and interests. (For example, improving reading comprehension using topics and media they enjoy).
