For me, yoga is not just a job, it is my way of life. And that's why my main goal is for Yoga to come to you not only on the mat, but also to enter your hearts, uniting your body with your soul.
In my lessons, you will learn to feel your body, understand its needs and respect its capabilities. My lessons are flexible, so each practice will be adapted according to the capabilities of your body today.
Hatha yoga, which is a fusion of two energies of the sun (male) and the moon (female), will lead you to a balance between tension and relaxation. With regular practice, you will gain not only strength and flexibility in the body, but also the ability to relax it, which is very important in the modern world, where stress is one of the main problems of society.
Vinyasa flow yoga is a direction that preserves the traditions of Hatha yoga, but with the use of dynamic bundles. The advantage of the dynamic approach is that the movement warms up the connective tissues enveloping the muscles, thanks to this they begin to slide better, which, in turn, allows you to increase the amplitude of movements and develop functional flexibility.
The combination of the static approach of Hatha yoga and dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga in one practice allows you to cover all muscle groups with attention, ensuring optimal muscle development and dynamics of internal processes in the body, such as lymph supply and blood supply.

About Me
For me, teaching Yoga has become a real vocation. In the past, I worked as an accountant and spent a lot of time in the office at the computer. And I know very good what kind of problems for the back, and in general for the body, such a lifestyle brings. But despite all the benefits that Yoga brings to health, the most important thing for me was how Yoga affected my inner world. How my values have changed, my view of many circumstances has changed, and how much wisdom has been revealed to me along with knowledge about Yoga.
No matter what exactly brought you to Yoga — back pain, excess weight or a nervous breakdown, Yoga will always give you more than you asked for it, provided that your practice is regular and does not end on the mat.
I expect discipline from my students. I want you to understand that there is no magic pill that by getting up once a week on the mat, you will get rid of all the problems that have accumulated in the body.
