My lessons adapt to the specific needs of each pupil. Each person has unique physical features (hand sizes, body structure..), mental abilities (concentration, confidence etc) so I aim to adapt the lessons to their needs and personal preferences while striving for development while having fun.
A little about me:
I started my studies when I was 6 years old in Portugal. Did my bachelor at Royal Conservatory of Antwerp, Belgium, and then moved to London where I completed my Masters and Professional diploma at the Royal Academy of Music.
I have always been very passionate about teaching because I believe everyone can learn if given the proper attention and information adapted to their needs. I believe I am a very patient and creative teacher which helps me find ways to keep my pupils progressing while happy about learning. To improve my teaching skills I took the LRAM teaching course at the Royal Academy of Music (London) where teaching is developed in great detail. I am also happy that I gained a great deal of knowledge and experience by having been an Ambassador for the Benedetti Foundation.
Besides my private teaching, I have been teaching for over three years at Kings College of London as a Royal Academy of Music graduate.
