About Me
The driving force behind Kom-Pac is Gert. He is a hardworking, enthusiastic, proactive, inspired worker. An initiator and team player. The group interest is of paramount importance to him. Gert knows how to use his knowledge of guiding and coaching people and the organization of processes and organizations. Gert quickly identifies points for improvement and brings them to the attention.
The vision of KOM-PAC BV is that people must do the things they are good at.
Every person has inherited qualities / talents, but most people are not aware of their qualities.
By making people aware of these qualities and further developing them, it is possible to empower people.
A combination of qualities also provides a certain team role.
If you know this role, you know what you are good at, what makes you happy.
Every person wants to be of "added value".
The training, coaching and supervision of KOM-PAC BV are aimed at getting the best out of people by making visible what the qualities / talents are and expanding them.
This means not only theoretical training but also guidance in the workplace. Preferably a combination of theory and an assignment in the workplace.
All this in a safe environment. Nothing is wrong. People are allowed to make mistakes, because you learn from making mistakes

Experience / Qualifications
I do think that in view of my experience (more than 30 years) in giving training (specific training program in the Ardennes) / organizing activities (on behalf of the staff association) I qualify for this place.
I was also allowed to set up an Academy for a company together with a colleague and to ensure that it ran. For this, we have prepared a trainer's trainer program for training via a train. Also within this organization developed a program called Change Smart where we let people change with the help of the Jane method (insight into the strengths and weaknesses).
I myself have trained the different age groups from 12 years up to and including 65 years. Giving training is my pleasure and my life. When I was 12 years old I wanted to become a teacher and I became one too. Later switched to business and already some experiences there. It motivates me to get participants moving and to see them leave after training with shiny eyes.
When I switched to business, I had three functions, namely trainer, consultant and coach (career & assignment supervisor). I have been employed by various large organizations (ING, KPN, Randstad)

Agile Project Management is a successful and popular method for managing incremental and iterative development of solutions. Requirements and functionality are defined and delivered in small quick steps in consultation with the customer. Agile Project Management has project phases and project roles that cleverly respond to each other.
Companies and organizations want to see the added value of their projects faster and faster. Flexible (agile) development methods focus on quickly delivering useful sub-products. But a flexible development approach - aimed at product developers - alone is not enough. How do you give the project management team the maximum freedom needed to excel without losing control of the project as a business responsible manager? The Agile Project Management Foundation training gives you insight into this.

DSDM is an Agile method that has been around since 1995. The most recent version is called DSDM Atern. Agile Project Management (Agile PM) is a project management approach based on DSDM. This approach is described in the Agile Project Management Handbook. This handbook has the same layout, and largely the same text, as the DSDM handbook, but focuses on the project management aspect.
DSDM and Agile PM focus on a 'convergent' project approach, based on 'Enough Design UpFront'. This combines the Agile flexibility with the need to stay in control and not to introduce unnecessary risks through the Agile way of working. This is especially important in larger, more formal organizations and / or in larger projects. Agile PM can be used within ISO9001 and CMMI.
Agile Project Management is based on DSDM® Atern and can (optionally) be integrated into a broader PRINCE2 approach. Agile Project Management is a flexible method for developing solutions and therefore (but not only) for software development.
AgilePM® is ideally suited to combine with Scrum. Scrum does not know the concept of a project and focuses on the work done by and within a team. Agile PM is then used to stay in control at the higher project level. This is particularly useful when several Scrum teams work within a project.
