My whole life has been dedicated to the guitar. You can see my performances in the social medias, in different stages around the world. I love to share knowledge about art and music. What is to play an instrument, to feel good about it, and of course all different technical skills that you can improve. In flamenco I have the experience of growing up sorrounded by many different artists of the genre. I usually accompany them and also play solo. In classical music I play and teach for a soloist and repertory with flutist, cellist and singers. I graduated in classical guitar and in flamenco guitar in Granada and Córdoba, Spain.

Hello, my name is Rafael, I am a musician with a high musical training. I have spent years in cities like Los Angeles, Madrid or London playing and studying with many of the best current musicians. I have studied with professors from conservatories such as the “Musicians institute” or “Berklee College of Music”. I finished part of my studies at the Hollywood Musicians Institute Conservatory obtaining a higher degree and currently I play and work in various bands and recording studios. I am an active professional flamenco guitarist. Born in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz), I started playing the guitar when I was 8 years old. My musical training was born in Sanlúcar but developed largely in Jerez de la Fra, where I learned from teachers such as José Luis Balao, Gerardo Núñez and Manolo Sanlúcar. In 2018 I graduated with a degree in Flamenco Guitar from the Superior Conservatory of Music of Córdoba. Currently, I combine professional artistic activity with private flamenco guitar lessons. The classes will be online, through a platform (to be specified later) very easy to use for all users of any age. We are perfectly adapted so that during our classes you enjoy excellent audiovisual quality, essential in these times of pandemic. The duration of the classes would be in principle 60 minutes (1 hour), being usual at least two sessions per week, to obtain results more quickly, although the sessions will be carried out depending on the availability and progress of each student.

The classes are customized for all levels, and all the necessary material will be provided to the student. In each lesson, a part of theory of a specific scale (Bulerías, Alegrías, Tangos, Soleá, Rumba...) is taught and then practiced on the guitar. After the class, the videos of what we have worked on the the guitar with, will be sent in a video format, so that the student studies the notes of theory and the score at home.
