From 23 £ /h
Experience the grace, discipline, and spirituality of Bharatanatyam — one of India’s most profound classical dance forms — in the serene setting of my Hoofddorp (Netherlands) studio/home. With over 20 years of experience and more than 100 stage performances, I offer structured training in the Kalakshetra bāṇī, known for its purity of line, precision, and meditative discipline.
My Classes Offer:
Traditional Bharatanatyam training — from adavus to full margam repertoire
Body conditioning – strength, flexibility, and alignment for dancers
Tālam and rhythm mastery – developing inner sense of timing and coordination
Theoretical grounding – understanding Natyashastra principles, hand gestures, and storytelling
Spiritual exploration – discovering the deeper essence of dance as sādhanā (spiritual practice)
Classes are held in a small-group setting to ensure personal attention and mindful growth. Each session blends rigorous technique with devotional depth, helping students express both grace and soul through movement.
Whether you are a beginner seeking a strong foundation or an experienced dancer aiming to refine your art, these classes invite you to explore Bharatanatyam as a living path of body, rhythm, and spirit.

About Me
🙏 Namaste and Hello, I’m Paarijat Bose Ezhil, a Bharatanatyam dance practitioner, teacher, and founder of ShaktiVel Kala Peetham.
Bharatanatyam has been an integral part of my life for over two decades. For me, dance is not merely a performing art—it is a way of connecting with tradition, storytelling, spirituality, and self-expression.
I am presently a disciple of Guru Smt. Dr. Nirmala Nagarajan. Earlier in my journey, I had the privilege and blessing of learning from Late N.T.T. Thambi Pillai, Late Pradyut Bhattacharya, and Smt. Mou Barik. I remain deeply grateful to all my Gurus and teachers for the knowledge, guidance, and inspiration they have imparted, each leaving a meaningful imprint on my artistic journey.
Alongside my professional corporate career, I have continued to nurture my passion for Bharatanatyam through learning, teaching, and performing. Today, I have the joy of sharing this beautiful art with children and adults, helping students discover its discipline, grace, expression, and joy.
Through ShaktiVel Kala Peetham, my aspiration is to create a warm and inspiring space where Bharatanatyam is learnt with sincerity and respect for tradition, while allowing each student to discover their own artistic voice.
I look forward to connecting with fellow artists, teachers, and art enthusiasts through Apperentus, and to continuing this beautiful journey of learning, sharing, and preserving the richness of Indian classical dance.
